Mission to Mars, a curriculum developed by the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL), provides 4th-6th grade students the opportunity to plan and carry out a simulated mission to Mars. This is a true STEAM program including math, science, nutrition, art, music, movement, and teamwork. Mandatory LinkUp Day at the Albuquerque Convention Center. The date for this event is to be determined (9am-3pm), but is usually scheduled sometime in late April. The Link Up Day is a six hour event held at the Albuquerque Convention Center to which families are welcome half-way through to view the children’s accomplishments. There is an 8 student minimum for this class. If we do not have 8 registrations, we will attempt to combine with the alternate class to make a large enough group.
The cost includes ALL materials.
The students will frequently need to work with their classmates outside of class.

Participants must be 9 years to 11 years old when the program starts.
Registration starts on 05/01/2025 and ends on 08/24/2025.
