Art Exploration: Hands on experiences in the styles of the great masters of the Renaissance & Post Renaissance
In “Art Exploration,” we will be exploring the great art masters of that era and how they thought about, explored and advanced the fine arts. We will also discuss how they expressed their faith in God through them. We will have hands-on art projects to explore the styles and techniques of that time period, as well as discuss Christian themes within the art and how it all points our hearts back to a wonderful Creator. This class encourages kids to learn by doing, and realism is not a focus or requirement for this class. This is part of the Sightline Classes that will explore the arts through studying the time period of the Renaissance. To have a fully immersive experience, check out Diana Turner's classes and Joseph Voss’s classes classified under Sightline through PLANT.
