Simple Chemistry - 10 weeks of Chemistry will cover the properties of materials, states of matter, substances & characteristic properties, mixtures & separating into original substances, elements and organization of the periodic table, forming new substances. This sounds a little "dry"! But each week will be a hand's-on experimental time following along with the Science For Kids Series, Simple Chemistry, utilizing record sheets that facilitate the process of scientific inquiry. That's a mouthful - We will also create a timeline of Atomic Theory as we go through the 10 weeks of class!

Participants must be 8 years to 18 years old when the program starts.
