Chemistry course using our new Phenomenon-Based Science curriculum. This course will have a more in-depth home study portion similar to our 2024 Life Science Series. Weekly handouts compile to form a complete workbook at the end of the semester.
We will be studying general chemistry from the atom to the compound using class time as a lab to experience the hands-on portion of the concepts.
There will be some lab overlap with previous Chemistry courses and those activities will scaffold into the current lessons. (No previous RayKitty Chemistry required.)
This will also include the Biblical perspective curriculum designed to be used as an additional supplement giving the student apologetic references and deeper true science knowledge to build faith and confidence in science as supported by the Bible.
The high school sessions will dive deeper into the concepts and materials, providing and requiring a higher level of student involvement.
Home study is highly recommended, but not required.
