Principles of a Free Society
Law, Free Markets, Competition, Individual Rights
Students are challenged to think about the principles of a free society and the consequences of losing it. Each week we will read a Tuttle Twins book based on a major work in economics in class and discuss it. Students will then be challenged to form their own opinions and write a persuasive essay on the topic as well as other activities. High school students will be asked to extend their learning by reading some of the works upon which these books are based.
